Summary

When using Tableau Online or Tableau Server on a different domain than Write-Back's, the default configuration does not allow sharing cookies between these applications and Write-Back.

Setting up

To overcome this limitation, you have to set "Tableau other domain" to "Yes" on the Write-Back Manager. web server screen, and apply the new configuration.
This option will allow Write-Back to send cookies so sites from different domains can read them.
