Write-Back manager not applying due to missing certificate files

Starting on version 4.1, the certificate file format has changed and you will now need to upload two files, the certificate as well as the key.

The requirements are the same as the previous version in terms of subject and extensions.

• The subject should match the domain field on the Write-Back Manager

• The SAN should also include the domain field on the Write-Back Manager

Open

Step 1: Upload the certificate file

The certificate file should be in .crt, .cer or .pem format.

Step 2: Upload the key file

The key file should be in .key format.
