Purchase & Activate Write-Back Cloud

Summary

In order to start using Write-Back Cloud you have to purchase it and a configure an administrator account.

1 - Purchase Write-Back Cloud

All purchases are entitled to a 30 day trial meaning you can leverage all product features for this period before being billed.

There are two ways to purchase Write-Back Cloud:

Service desk

Make a subscription request at the service desk . You will be contacted by the Write-Back team to define the type of subscription you want.

Azure AppSource

If you buy through the Azure AppSource, you will have a 30-day trial to try Write-Back Cloud.

Steps to make the purchase:

  1. Subscribe to the offer on the Azure AppSource

  2. Finish the offer configuration on the Write-Back Cloud landing page:

    1. Confirm that all the data displayed is correct

    2. Insert a site name. The value inserted in this field will correspond to the name that will be associated with your site on Write-Back Cloud.

  3. After finishing the configuration of the offer, you will receive an email in your inbox within 3 working days once the activation is completed. The email will contain instructions for the next

2 - Configure an admin account for Write-Back Manager

When purchasing through Azure AppSource the email address used for login (buyers email) will be setup as Write-Back admin.

Once activation has been completed you will receive on the email address provided, within 3 working days, instructions on how to set a password for the administrator account that will be used in Write-Back Manager.

Write-Back Manager allows you to configure site settings, such as database connection and authentication methods. This tool is only accessible to administrators.
