This screen enables you to display rich text records from a specific field where the records can be filtered by an existing dashboard sheet.

On this screen, it is mandatory to configure three different fields. Each of these fields will be necessary to collect the information related to the field that will be visible on the dashboard.

  • Select Dataset - The dataset chosen must be the one that contains the desired rich text field to be displayed on the dashboard. This choice will filter the possibilities in the next field.
  • Select Rich Text Field - Choose the rich text field whose records you want to be shown on the dashboard.
  • Select Worksheet - Select the worksheet that contains the fields that will allow users to filter the dataset. All the dataset's key fields must match with worksheet fields to allow users to select contents to view. If they don’t match you most likely have to enhance de visualization with missing fields, before returning to this configuration.
