Write-Back is highly flexible and can be tailored according to your use case. For each extension that you add to a dashboard you can display a different widget. 

Dataset Configuration

For each use case where data submission is necessary you will need to create a dataset configuration as explained on 02.1 - Dataset Configuration.

Viewer Configuration

Once you have a configuration submitted that has a rich text field you can bring the rich text viewer to your dashboards. This means you can display rich text embedded on your Tableau dashboard! 

To configure a rich text viewer just go to 02.2 - Viewer Configuration.
