Write-Back not showing up correctly on iPad

There are occasions where Write-Back won’t show up on iPad so please make sure to take a look at the following steps.

Steps

You don’t need to follow any particular order as these are some general steps to try while troubleshooting.

Step 1: Make sure Write-Back has inline form enabled

Write-Back can only be used as inline form on Write-Back, so please enable this setting to use it there.

Step 2: Make sure the network where iPad is connected allows access to Write-Back

Typically when using mobile devices you will be using a mobile network and you need to ensure that devices connected there have access both to Tableau server as well as the Write-Back server. To verify that you can always open the URL available inside the trex, provided on Write-Back manager, on the iPad browser.
